Rachel Fortune is the the Owner/Lead Designer of Tildy Floral Designs and Previous Owner of Bridal by the Sea, Rachel is a Certified Professional Wedding Coordinator and has been a part of the Wedding industry of the Crystal Coast since 2001. Rachel began her business in Carmel~by~the~Sea, California in 1998. Loving all things about the Floral and Wedding industry Rachel has just moved her shoppe to beautiful downtown New Bern and could not be more happy to call this her new business home!
